Lady finger...250 gm

Milk...1ltr(for kheer)
Dry fruits...1/2cup
Cardamom powder...1/2tspn
Liquid date palm jaggery...1/2cup

Lemon juice..2tspn
Instructions
Boil daal with green chilli & beaten it for a mashy texture.
Heat oil,add bay leaf,dry red chilli & panch foron seeds & let it crackle.After that add boiled lentil & all spices.
Add salt & sugar & required water.Boil it for 10 minutes & then switch off the flame.Its ready.
For tomato bharta, fry chopped garlic & green chilli in hot mustard oil for few minutes.
Add chopped tomato, red chilli powder & salt.Cook it well.
Now add some chopped onion & mix it with tomato.Cook it till it become bharta.
Its ready now.Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves.
For lady finger fry, add 1 chopped onion in hot oil & fry it well.
Add chopped lady finger & all spices.Cook it well.
Its ready now.
For bitter gourd , fry one chopped onion first & then add potato.Fry it for few minutes.
Then add chopped bitter gourd & all spices.Cover it & cook it in low flame till it boil.
Its ready now.
For fish fry, marinate the fish with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,lemon juice & 1tspn semolina.Shallow fry then.
For rice kheer, boil milk with 3tspn rice & cardamom powder.Make the quantity of milk almost half.Then add liquid jaggery & dry fruits.Serve chilled.
Full dish is ready.Enjoy it with your family.
