Straight from the pot to plate
1.Wash &chop the tomato &carrots with a pinch of salt.Cook in a pressure cooker.Cool and puree the vegetables.
Add water for reqd consistency.Pour into pan.Season with salt & pepper.Bring to a boil & keep aside.
Boil the potatoes for the paneer rolls and mash well with salt, pepper and 1/4 tsp butter.
Add the seasoning, chillies and chopped coriander to the already grated paneer.add 1/2 tsp lemon juice for added flavour.
Divide mashed potato into 4 balls.Flatten each on your palm.place a paneer ball in the centre and cover evenly to get the shape in the picture.
Dip in the egg white &roll bread crumbs evenly and keep aside.
Place a pan on medium flame, add 3/4 tbs butter, add the vegetable(carrots 1 minute prior to beans). Cover and cook for 2 minutes.add seasoning .Remove cover.Stir fry on high flame and plate it as shown.
Meanwhile heat oil and fry the rolls to a golden brown &plate that too.
Heat the soup ,pour into bowls with a dollop of cream. Warm the bread rolls and serve the meal at once.
Warm the plates in a micro wave and serve all the items hot straight from the fire...the soup, the paneer rolls & veggies & dinner rolls.
