Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1/2 kg baingans cut by two sides
  2. 1 tsp amchur powder
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
  4. 1 pinch haldi
  5. 2 tsp chili powder
  6. 1 tsp daniya powder
  7. 1 and half tsp salt
  8. Oil as need
  9. Fried cashew for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat in a pan pour oil for shall fri
  2. Mean while take a cup put amchur ,cumin,chili,daniya powder,salt,haldi mix up all those
  3. Take a baingan stuff the above spice's powder
  4. Keep in a pan Fri gently until it should be soft
  5. Take a plate serve as stuffed baingans garnish with cashew and coriander leaves
  6. Ready to serve
