Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cucumber 1
  2. Tomato 1
  3. Onions 1
  4. Lettuce 2 leaves
  5. Bread 2 slice
  6. White vinegar 1 teaspoon
  7. Mayonnaise 4 teaspoon
  8. Oilve oil 1 teaspoon
  9. Oregano little bit
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper to taste
  12. Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  13. butter

Instructions

  1. Chop 1 cucumber, 1 small onion and 1 big size tomato in small dices.
  2. Keep lettuce in cold water for 5 minutes.
  3. Bake the slices of 2 bread.
  4. Spread some butter on it.
  5. Cut the slice in a cube shape
  6. Take a bowl add all the ingredients given above.
  7. Chop Lettuce and add in a bowl.
  8. Add salt, pepper, chat masala, vinegar, mayonnaise, oregano and olive oil.
  9. Add Bread as well.
  10. Mix it well.
  11. Serve in a bowl.
  12. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and parsley.
