Slowly cook on a tawa with ghee and add sugar in the last.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Singadhe 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee 2 tbsp
  4. dry fruits for garnishing
  5. Honey 2 tbsp
  6. 1 apple

Instructions

  1. Roast singhana flour with ghee in a pan.
  2. Put sugar and water.
  3. Cook till it thickens.
  4. In another pan, caramelise the apples with honey.
  5. Garnish with caramelised apples and dry fruits
