Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawns 1 cup large
  2. Tomatoes 2 large
  3. Garlic 10-12
  4. Ginger 1 inch
  5. Green Chilli 1
  6. Coriander leaves 1 cup
  7. Red Chilli powder 1 tbs
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tbs
  9. Garam masala 1 tbs
  10. Dhaniya jeera powder 2tbs
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil 2 tbs
  13. Fenugreek seed 1/2 tsp
  14. Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup with water

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean prawns
  2. Garlic ginger chilli and coriander leaves add into jar and make a paste
  3. Cut tomatoes and add green paste
  4. Now add all dry masala
  5. Take pan and heat oil now add fenugreek seed
  6. Seed turn into black add tomatoe mixture and water
  7. Mix properly cooked till tomato are cooked well
  8. when tomato are cooked add prawns salt and tamarind water
  9. Add water and mix properly cooked till prawns cooked well
  10. Ready and serve with rice or roti
