Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles-100g
  2. Onion-1
  3. Garlic-1(whole)
  4. Roasted bengal gram powder-2tbsp
  5. Eggs-2(hard boiled)
  6. Cabbage-100g
  7. Lemon-1
  8. Coriander leaves-1cup
  9. Turmeric powder-1tsp
  10. Oil-2tbsp
  11. Salt-to taste
  12. For mutton gravy:
  13. Oil-2tbsp
  14. Onion-100g
  15. Tomato-100g
  16. Gingergarlic paste-2tbsp
  17. Mutton-100g
  18. Chilli powder-1/2tsp
  19. Salt-to taste
  20. Turmeric powder-1/4tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles and keep seperately
  2. Slice onions and deep fry in hot oil
  3. Chop garlic and deep fry in oil
  4. Powder roasted bengal gram flour
  5. Boil eggs and slice them
  6. Chop cabbage and Coriander leaves finely and slice lime and keep
  7. Slightly warm oil and add Turmeric and immediately switch off the flame.Turmeric oil is ready
  8. In a pan add oil,add chopped onion,Gingergarlic paste,saute and add tomatoes..when its mushy add chilli powder,Turmeric powder and meat/prawn/chicken of your choice and cook till the meat is cooked and oil comes on top..this gravy should be thick
  9. In a wide bowl add,boiled noodles,meat gravy,chopped cabbage,Coriander leaves,sliced eggs,roasted Bengal gram powder, deep fried onion and garlic,lime juice and Turmeric oil..mix well and serve
  10. Atho is ready
