A secret recipe of ketchup tastes just like mac donald's

Ingredients Serving: 10

Tomatoes - 1 kilogram
Garlic - 7 pods
Ginger - 20 grams
Raisins - 1/4 cup
Dry red chillies - 3
Apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 tablespoon
Sugar - 3 tablespoon

Instructions

Wash the tomatoes. Chop them to small pieces.
Peel the garlic and ginger and chop them too .
Deseed the dry red chillies.
Pressure cook the tomatoes with chopped ginger and garlic red chilli vinegar salt and sugar for 5 whistles.
Switch off the flame. When the mixture gets cool blend them to a fine puree.
Strain the puree and again boil the tomato puree for about 30 munutes.
Let the ketchup to cool and pour into a clean sterilised glass jar
