ABOUT WINE ROASTED CHEESE BURST BBQ CHICKEN N NAAN SANDWICH RECIPE

There is no limitation to innovative food crestion . This one is another my signature recipe which resulted in a superb recipe . Wine roasted chilli tossed tossed chicken sandwhiched between naan and topped with hot cheese spread .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wine roasted BBQ chicken
  2. Boneless chicken cubs - 500 gm
  3. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  4. Red wine - 3 tablespoons
  5. Paprika smoked - 1 tablespoons
  6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
  7. Barbecue sauce - 1/2 cup
  8. Honey - 1 tablespoons
  9. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  10. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  11. For the Naan ....
  12. All purpose flour - 2 cups
  13. Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil - 2 tablespoons
  16. Curd - 1/2 cup
  17. For assembled .....
  18. Mozzarella cheese great - 1 cup
  19. Dry herb - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. For the wine Roasted BBQ Chicken
  2. Clean and wash the chicken .
  3. Mix all the ingredients except oil and mix well .
  4. Now add the chicken pieces and mix until the chicken pieces is evenly coated and marinate for 10 minutes .
  5. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown .
  6. For the Naan ......
  7. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough for 10 minutes .
  8. Cover with a moist cloth and rest for 10 minutes in warm place .
  9. Now gently roll to oval shape using rolling pin .
  10. Grease with water over naan .
  11. Furthermore , slowly flip over and put it on hot tawa and slightly press .
  12. Now after a minutes , flip the tawa upside down and cook Naan directly on flame till they turn golden brown .
  13. Now cut into the naan in the halve .
  14. Assembled for cheese burst .......
  15. Spread the bbq chicken mixture on the slices of naan , cover the another part of the naan .
  16. Spread the mozzarella cheese on the top of the naan and sprinkle some dry herbs .
  17. Preheat the oven 180℃ for 10 minutes .
  18. Bake it at 8 minutes on 180℃ .
  19. Serve hot with a big smile :blush:
