Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 500 gms
  2. Oil for moyan 150 gms
  3. Kalonji 1 teaspoon
  4. Ajwain 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. For color...
  7. Beetroot juice for red color
  8. Palak juice for green color
  9. Haldi for yellow color
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all the flour salt kalonji ajwain and oil for moyan
  2. Mix all of it carefully for 5 mins
  3. Now take the flour in to three parts
  4. Add beetroot juice in to the one part and make a dough
  5. Add palak juice into the 2nd part and make a dough
  6. Add haldi in to the 3rd part and make a dough
  7. Now roll the dough with the help of roller pin
  8. Cut it any shape that u want
  9. Now heat a pan put oil in it
  10. Now deep frying all the Namak paras in to low flame
  11. For the 10 min
  12. Eat these tri color Namak Paras with the evening tea.
