ABOUT Chia seeds , dates, strawberry smoothie RECIPE

This is another grab and go kind of breakfast.When you are on the run and have no time for a sit down breakfast, this should suffice especially for kids who are perpetually late for their breakfast. This may be poured in a sealed takeaway tumblers too with a straw .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 tbsp chia seeds soaked in warm milk
  2. 1/4 cup chopped dtaes
  3. 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  4. 1 tsp palm jaggery
  5. 2 tbsp coked oats
  6. 1/4 cup fresh yogurt

Instructions

  1. blend the berries, jaggery and cooked oats in a blender with yogurt
  2. add in the soaked chia seeds .stir well.
