ABOUT Vegan Oatmeal Brunch ( American ) RECIPE

A healthy start to a day by including fresh fruits, savory oatmeal, vegan and totally filling .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup steel cut oats
  2. 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  3. a pinch of cinnamon powder
  4. avocado slices
  5. 1 tbsp cranberries
  6. 1/2 cup almond milk
  7. 1 tsp flax seeds
  8. extra fresh fruit for garnishing

Instructions

  1. cook the oats with very little water or in almond milk either in microwave or on stove .
  2. dilute the oats after cooking to prevent getting soggy
  3. add cinnamon powder, flax seeds and dried berries .
  4. stir in more almond milk if needed.
  5. mix well , and garnish with slices of fruit . arrange slices of avocado while serving
  6. this is a great filling breakfast or can even be enjoyed as a brunch . having it with some juice makes it a complete meal .
