Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Butter milk 4 cups
  2. 1/2 spoon turmeric
  3. 1/2 spoon thovaranparrupu
  4. 2 green chilly
  5. 1 small cup coconut
  6. 1 red chilly
  7. 1/2 spoon rice
  8. Small piece of ginger
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 spoon jeeragam
  11. 1/2 spoon dhania
  12. Grind all the above ingredients and make it a paste

Instructions

  1. Cut chow chow allow it to cook in a pan then add skimmed butter milk to it
  2. Grind all the ingredients in the mixie jar make it in the form of a paste
  3. Add the grinded mixture to the butter milk
  4. Allow them to boil till u see small bubbles then switch off it
  5. The take coconut oil to season it with mustard seeds and curry leaves 1 red chilly
  6. Put the seasoning into the morkullumbu
  7. Ready to serve
