ABOUT Rawa idli RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup rawa slightly roasted
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. Salt
  4. 1 tsp baking soda
  5. 1/2cup coriander chopped
  6. for tadka:-
  7. Green chilli channa dal(1tbsp) curry leaves n oil
  8. Carrot grated(optional)
  9. 1 cup cashews and raisins chopped

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl mix rawa & curd together
  2. Add salt soda n keep aside for ten minutes
  3. Ready the tadka and add to the rawa mixture, also add dryfruits & coriander leaves
  4. Add water if required
  5. Grease the idli vessel with bit oil add a spoonful of batter & steam for 10 minutes
  6. You can either add grated carrot in the above mixture or after greasing put some grated carrot then add batter to give a colorful look
  7. Serve hot with coconut chutney
