Cookies ..its a persian dish...i made this dish with indian gulab jamun mixture....

Ingredients Serving: 6

Gulabjamun mix 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Salt a pinch
Milk as needed

Instructions

In a big bowl take gulab jamun mix .
Add salt, powdered sugar,baking powder,cardamom powder and crushed cashews.
Add butter or ghee...make a smooth dough.
Add milk if needed.
Divide it into 5-6 small balls ...
Flatten it .
Baked it at convection mode at 180° for 10 min or more till slight golden brown colour...(as per your microwave temperature)
Cool it and serve .
