Heat oil, add chopped onion & fry it for few minutes.
Add all sauces, green chilli_ garlic paste.Add salt
Add boiled, mashed potato & spring onion.Mix it well & cook it for few minutes.
Now roll the parantha with the help of rolling pin & fill with potato mixture.Cover it & make triangular shape.
Heat butter & shallow fry the both side.
Serve it hot with salad & any home made chutney.
