ABOUT Nachos with salsa RECIPE

Nachos is a dish from northen Mexico that consists of tortilla chips covered with cheese based sauce often served as a snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For the cheese sauce
  2. 6 cheese slice
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 2 pinch of mustard powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. For the uncooked salsa
  7. 2 cup chopped tomato
  8. 1 tsp dry red chilly flakes
  9. 3 tsp chopped coriander
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly
  13. Other ingredients
  14. 1 cup baked beans
  15. 2 tsp finely chopped onion
  16. 1 tsp dry red chilly flakes
  17. Salt to taste
  18. For nachos chips
  19. 3/4 cup maize flour
  20. 5 tsp plain flour
  21. 2 tsp oil
  22. 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
  23. 1/2= tsp dried oregano
  24. Salt to taste
  25. Plain flour for rolling
  26. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. For nachos chips
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl mix well and need dough.
  3. Divided the dough into 3 equal portions
  4. Roll it and cut into triangle .
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Fry the chips in a medium flame.
  7. For the uncooked salsa
  8. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with the back of a spoon
  9. Keep aside for 30 minutes
  10. For the cheese sauce
  11. 1. Combine the cheese and milk in A broad non stick Pan and cook on a medium flame for two three minutes
  12. 2. Switch off the flame add the mustard powder and salt and mix well keep aside
  13. how to proceed
  14. 1.Arrange one cup of Corn chips on a plate pour half cup baked beans
  15. 2.sprade half portion of the unCooked salsa and half the cheese sauce over it.
  16. 3. Sprinkle onion and dry red chilly flakes over it.
