Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  2. Almonds - 2 tablespoon
  3. Poppy seeds - 2tablespoon
  4. Melon seeds - 2 tablespoon
  5. Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Sugar - 2 tablespoon
  7. Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  8. Rose Syrup - 2 tablespoon
  9. Full cream milk - 1 cup
  10. Saffron strands for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pan add ghee , soaked almonds , melon seeds , poppy seeds , sugar , cardamom powder and stir it well .
  2. Make paste of it in mortar pastle .
  3. In a bowl add paste , rose syrup , coconut milk and milk in it . And serve it chilled .
