Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken - 1/2 kg
  2. Creamy cheese - 2 tablespoon
  3. Spring onion - 1 bunch.
  4. Oil - 2 tablespoon.
  5. Shezwan sauce - 1 tablespoon. Tomato puree - 3 tablespoon
  6. lemon juice squeezed from half a lemon
  7. Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon.
  8. Green chilli - 1
  9. Butter - 2 tablespoon
  10. Cashewnut paste - 1 tablespoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Bey leaf - 1
  13. Apinch of red color
  14. Black pepper powder - 1teaspoon.
  15. Soya sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  16. Red chili - 2 Tablespoon
  17. Grated ginger - 1inch
  18. Ginger garlic chopped - very small quantity
  19. Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of soya sauce. Add chicken and toss it. Keep it aside.
  2. Again heat oil in the pan, add few grated ginger, bay leaves, green chillis and stir it for a few seconds. Add spring onions and stir for 4-5 minutes
  3. Now add soya sauce, shezwan sauce, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, black pepper and salt. Stir it for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add tossed chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves, a pinch of red colour and creamy cheese, mix it well.
  5. Garnish with spring onions and creamy cheese.
  6. Serve with Chapati or Naan.
