Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Small pieces of paneer
  2. Onions - 2
  3. Blanched tomatoes - 3
  4. khare garam masale (bayleaf;clove;cinnamon stick;cardamom;clove}
  5. Malai - 1 tablespoon
  6. Butter - 250 gms
  7. Cashew paste - 18 - 20 cashews
  8. Oil -1 tbsp
  9. Salt
  10. Ginger garlic paste
  11. Bay leaves - 4

Instructions

  1. blanch tomatoes and prepare the puree by blending it.
  2. Make a paste of onion,garlic and ginger.
  3. Make a paste of the cashews using a little milk.
  4. In a kadai/ pan, add oil, khare garam masala followed by onion ginger garlic paste .
  5. In a small pan add butter, add the bay leaf and fry for 2 minutes. Add it to the bigger pan.
  6. Add tomato puree followed by cashew paste.
  7. Cook it till you get a nice smell. Add water and cook it for 10-15 min.
  8. Add paneer. Garnish it with malai and coriander leaves.
