Take a pan and heat oil in it for deep for deep fry
Now dip green chilli in batter and put into oil on low flame and fry till.it gets golden brown colour
Now cut bajji with knife in middle and stuff it with onion,carrot,groundnut
U can add lemon juice drops on top if u want this is optional
