Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheet flour or Maida - 1 cup
  2. Small ripe bananas - 3
  3. Sugar - half cup
  4. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  5. Water - required
  6. Oil - for frying
  7. Salt - pinch

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add bananas and sugar and mash well.
  2. And add wheet flour,Cardamom powder , Salt and add required water and mix well and make thick batter.
  3. Heat a pan and add oil when it's hot, and drop batter in full tablespoon .
  4. Now fry that is cooked golden color on both sides. and drain it out.
  5. Now easy sweet kachayam is ready to serve.
