Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Carrot - 1/2chopped
  2. Capsicum - 1chopped
  3. Potato - 1
  4. Peas - 1/4cup
  5. Cauliflower - 1/2cup
  6. Onion - 1chopped
  7. Tomato - 1chopped
  8. Red chillie powder - 1tablespoon
  9. Ginger/garlic paste - 1tablespoon
  10. Butter - 3tablespoon
  11. Pav bhaji masala - 2tablespoon
  12. Salt - As per taste
  13. Water - 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker add all the veggies and put 1/2cup water and pressure cook it.
  2. In a pan add butter add onion saute it for 3-4mins.
  3. Than add tomato,red chillie powder andpav bhaji masala.
  4. Lastly add salt and the mashed veggies.
  5. Cook it for some time than serve it.
