ABOUT Lahsun Kachri ki Chutney RECIPE

Very famous Rajasthani Chutney.Kachri can be called wild cucumber. It grows well in deserts.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Tbsp Kachri Powder
  2. 1 Garlic(peeled)
  3. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1 tbsp ghee
  5. Rai(Mustard seeds)
  6. a pinch of Hing
  7. Salt

Instructions

  1. Grind garlic to make paste.
  2. Take 1/2 cup of water add kachri & mix.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan, add rai, hing & garlic paste.
  4. Let it brown, add chilli powder & kachri paste.
  5. Stir continuously till ghee separates.
