ABOUT Homemade Fruit yoghurt RECIPE

Making Blueberry Yoghurt is easy, just beat the freshly cooked blueberries and sugar with fresh plain yoghurt! Best flavoured yoghurt is ready. Best ever Snack for this sunny season., And I'm very happy that my #LittleBoy loved having this and he enjoyed alot :blush: Give a try hope your kids will love it! Say bye bye to store bought yoghurt :wave:

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Ripe blueberries - 1/2 cup
  2. Sugar - 2 tablespoons ( i used brown sugar)
  3. 1 1/2 cup yoghurt ( thick)

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain Blueberries.
  2. Take a pan ,add the washed blueberries and sugar and cook it over a low flame
  3. The sugar will starts to melt within a few minutes. Once it dissolves completely switch over to medium flame and stir occasionally
  4. Cook until it turns thick. Stir in between to avoid sticking
  5. Remove it from the flame and transfer to a bowl. Freeze it for 10 minutes to chill it. Blueberry jam is ready
  6. Take a bowl add the plain yoghurt and blueberry jam mix it well.. serve chilled
