Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2kg thick curd
  2. 2 tbsp fresh cream
  3. Mixed fruits of choice
  4. 2 tbsp honey
  5. Mixed dry fruits for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take thick curd in a bowl.
  2. Mix cream lightly into this curd.
  3. Add honey and fruits and mix well
  4. Garnish with dry fruits and chill before serving.
