A super duper dessert that can be an excellent one for evening snacks with some hot chocolate or drinking chocolate. A two in one dessert cum snack that is light and so delish that no one can resist it. That's not all, it can be made so very easily and allowed to set the previous night or morning. And these will be gone sooner than expected. So make in advance and serve your loved ones after they are back from school or workplace. They will just thank you for this awesome make. Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Full fat milk 1 cup
  2. Fresh cream 1 cup
  3. Condensed milk 1 cup
  4. Jelly crystals different flavoured packs 4
  5. Agar-agar powder 3 tsp heaped

Instructions

  1. Set jelly accordingly at first. But see to it that you use only 1 medium mug of hot water per packet of jelly.
  2. Do not follow the package instructions for this recipe.
  3. Use any four of your favourite jelly crystals.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to a sauce pan and heat it on a low flame.
  5. Keep stirring it and heat it for about 4 to 5 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  6. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  7. Cut the jelly into small cubes and arrange them in a serving glasses or shot glasses
  8. Add this milk mix to each one after it cools down thoroughly.
  9. Give all a final stir and refrigerate until set.
  10. It takes about 3 to 4 hours to set.
  11. Serve these pretty looking stained glass shots or broken glass pudding shots extra chilled to your family and friends alike.
