Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 12 baby corns
  2. 2 tablespoons maida
  3. 2 tablespoons cornflour
  4. 2 tablespoons rice flour
  5. 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  6. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. 1+1/2 tablespoon red chilly powder
  8. 3/4 tablespoons cumin powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  10. A pinch of baking soda
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Water required
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash baby corns, cut each corns vertically into two and boil in water for 5 min. Drain and set aside
  2. Take all the ingredients (except baby corns) in a bowl
  3. Add water little by little to form batter consistency
  4. Dip each corn pieces into paste
  5. deep fry in preheated oil, until they are golden brown.
  6. Drain in paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup or mayonnaise
