Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion 2 number
  2. Bengal gram flour 1 cup
  3. Chilly powder 2 teaspoon
  4. Hing 2 pinch
  5. Salt
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Water
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slice onion
  2. In a bowl add Besan chilly powder, turmeric powder, hingh and water to make a batter thicker than baji batter consistency
  3. Put the onion in the batter and mix well
  4. In a pan add oil and heat it
  5. Deep fry and serve hot with ketchup
