ABOUT veggies paratha small bite RECIPE

This is a delicious and healthy breakfast , loaded with veggies, to be served with some chutney on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cabagge 2 spoon chopped
  2. Capsicum 2 spoon chopped
  3. Onion 2 spoon chopped
  4. Carrot 2 spoon chopped
  5. 2 cup wheat flour
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a wheat flour add all veggie and salt.
  2. Mix well. Knead a dough with water.
  3. Then rest for 15 minutes
  4. Then make a paratha.
  5. Then roasted it both sides with oil.
  6. Then cut it in small piece.
