ABOUT Fresh Apple Juice... RECIPE

A healthy juicy treat for a snack is always welcomed by everyone. Best served chilled with a dash of lemon. Sugar can be skipped totally if the apples are sweet. Healthy and a wholesome treat for children as their afterschool refreshing drink served along with some sandwiches and perfect for a working couple after they are home from their hectic day. Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Apples cored and cubed 3
  2. Sugar 1 tsp
  3. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  4. Black salt 1/4th tsp

Instructions

  1. This one is basically done in a juicer.
  2. Blender does not work well for this.
  3. Do not remove the apple skin.
  4. Add apple cubes to the juicer and collect the juice in a glass or a tumbler.
  5. What you get here is just pure apple juice without any pulp and impurities.
  6. The best part is, it is already diluted and strained by the juicer. There is not a single drop of water in this.
  7. Serve this tasty and healthy homemade juice with little sugar and lemon juice. Sugar is optional though.
  8. Use ice cubes as desired.
