ABOUT Fresh amla juice RECIPE

This is very healthy for everyone, of all ages. Amla is rich in vitamic C so provides as a immunity booster.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 bowl amla
  2. Water as needed
  3. Sugar as required [Instead on sugar, honey can be used]
  4. Pomegranate juice - 1/2 cup
  5. Chat masala optional - 1/2 tsp
  6. Pepper [optional] - 1/4 th tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind amla with water and sugar
  2. Strain it
  3. Juice is ready , so add lemon juice to it.
  4. Mix it with pomegranate juice to increase the sweetness and also pomegranate is rich in anti oxidants. Serve chilled.
