Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Curd 2 tablespoons
  3. Cabbage 100 gram
  4. Carrot 100 gram
  5. Onion 1 piece
  6. Capsicum 100 gram
  7. 2 green chillies
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Salt 1 teaspoon
  10. Red pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Oil to pan fry

Instructions

  1. Soak semolina adding curd and water for 10 minutes
  2. Meanwhile chopped finely all the vegetables
  3. Add these vegetables in semolina batter
  4. Add salt and pepper powder
  5. Now grease the pan
  6. Spread a laddle full of batter to make pancake
  7. Flip and roast till golden from both sides
  8. Serve hot with coriander chutney and tomato sauce
