Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. green chillies 3
  4. Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  5. Urud dal 1 teaspoon
  6. curry leaves
  7. Carrot 1
  8. Gingely oil4 table spoon
  9. Ginger grated 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Dry roast rava( semolina)
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, crack mustard and fry urud Dal curry leaves
  3. Saute sliced onions
  4. Add slit green chillies
  5. Saute it and add salt
  6. Add water 3 cups
  7. While boiling add semolina
  8. Close it and cook till dry and soft
  9. Sprinkle grated carrot and serve hot
