ABOUT Fenugreek millet thepla RECIPE

Very simple and quick snack,made with fenugreek leaves.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
  2. Millet flour 2 cup
  3. Wheat flour 2 spoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  6. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  7. Oil as required
  8. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take a fenugreek leaves wash it and cut it.
  2. Take a bowl.add wheat flour,millet flour ,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
  3. Then add water ,oil and make a dough.
  4. Rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Then make a round Roti
  6. Roasted it both sides with oil on pan.
  7. Serve hot.
