ABOUT Chocolate Pudding Cups... RECIPE

An awesome pudding recipe that is served in muffin liners by me. Give this a standing time of an hour and it's all ready to be devoured. A favourite dessert that can be whipped up in no time at all. Only thing is you need a good quality compound chocolate for this. However this can be made with cocoa powder alone but it will not give you that perfect chocolaty flavour. Compound chocolate is the best for this. Happy Chilling !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 5

Dark chocolate chopped 80 gm
Salt 1/8th tsp
Full fat milk 3 cups
Hershey's cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Pistachios 1/4th cup

Instructions

In a sauce pan, mix all the dry ingredients.
Add in milk and stir until lumpfree.
Bring milk to a boil on high heat.
As soon as the milk comes to a rolling boil, stir in the chopped chocolate.
Add vanilla essence and mix well.
Switch off the flame and let it cool down a bit.
Add this to serving bowls or glasses and refrigerate for an hour until it is set.
Serve these lovely looking cups with pistachio halves.
