Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ing: 3 potatoes (cut into 1/2 inch)
  2. Carrot 3 medium
  3. Garam Masala 1/2 Tbs.
  4. Yogurt 2 Tbs,
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  6. Oil - 3 Tbs
  7. Red Chilli 1 tbs
  8. Green chilli 2-3
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Fresh Fenugreek leaves 1 medium bunch
  11. 1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
  12. 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  13. 10 to 12 french beans
  14. Drumstick 1 cup
  15. Small Sized Brinjals 4 (slit into 2 part)
  16. 2 onions
  17. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  18. Salt

Instructions

  1. Clean wash tomato and cut into 1/2 inch cube, carrot cut into the cube, brinjal cut into 2 part
  2. cut onion, wash green peas, clean fenugreek (take only leaves), dessed green chilli, wash and cut coriander
  3. heat oil, add onion and saute until golden brown add green chili, ginger garlic paste and saute 1 minute.
  4. Add red chili, turmeric, salt and mix add yogurt and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  5. add vegetable ( don't add fenugreek leaves)
  6. Cover until cook.
  7. After cooking add fenugreek leaves, coriander, garam masala powder and cook for 1 minutes
  8. Serve hot with chapati.
