Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250gm boneless chicken
  2. Finely chopped onion 1
  3. 1tsp oil
  4. Ginger gsrlic paste 1 1/2tsp
  5. Salt
  6. All purpose seasoning
  7. Chopped coriander leaves few
  8. Pepper powder1/2 tsp
  9. Cornflour 2tbspn
  10. Breadcrumbs
  11. Grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Put the boneless chicken in the mixie jar
  2. Add ginger garlic paste
  3. Grind it into paste
  4. Then add coriander leaves
  5. All purpose seasoning
  6. Mix it properly
  7. In a separate bowl add cornflour + little water
  8. Make a thick paste
  9. Now take the chicken and make balls
  10. Take balls one by one , flatten it
  11. Now add grated cheese and make a round shape
  12. Dip the balls in cornflour mixture
  13. Roll the balls in the bread crumbs
  14. Again take the balls and dip it into cornflour mixture
  15. Now roll this balls in a powdered or crush conflex
  16. Take a kadhai
  17. Pour sufficient oil for frying the balls
  18. Heat the pan in a low flame
  19. Now fry the chicken balls in a low and medium flame.
  20. Serve it with sauce or mint chutney
