ABOUT Creamy Garlic Brussels Sprouts RECIPE

Brussels Sprouts is a member of Gemmifera Group of cabbages grown for its edible buds. They are rich in many valuable nutrients. They are an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin K. There are cancer preventive components in it as well.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brussels Sprouts 250 grams
  2. butter 1 tablespoon
  3. Garlic Creamy cheese 1 Tablespoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Crushed black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Heavy cream 1 tablespoon
  7. Cornstarch slurry 1/2 cup
  8. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  9. Milk 2-3 Teaspoons

Instructions

  1. First wash Brussels Sprouts and cut them into half.
  2. Take a pan and put it on a Gas stove and add butter in it
  3. Saute Brussels Sprouts in it for few minutes.
  4. Add Garlic Creamy cheese in it and mix it well.
  5. Then add salt and pepper in it and mix it well
  6. Take a microwave safe bowl and add it in the bowl.
  7. Then add cornflour slurry and milk in it.
  8. Add scrapped cheese on the top and heat it till the cheese gets melted.
  9. This creamy texture dish tastes so well that everyone would love it.
