Wash and cut the okra in 2" piece. In a bowl mix okra and besan
Heat oil in kadhai fry okra and set aside.
Cut the Onion,tomato and capsicum in cubes. Heat oil in a pan, add onion saute well. Now add Ginger-Garlic paste and saute. add tomato and capsicum cook few minutes.
Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and salt mix well.
Add fried bhindi cook about 4-5 minutes. over low flame Serve hot.
SERVING: 4
