Its a very healthy yummmy tasty pudding for all age group ,its a traditional sweet desert of odisha...in a particular occassion its made...bt im giving a little twist in it,usually mango fruits is not use in it bt i gave a little twist in this desert ...

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rice flour 1cup
  2. Water 2,1/4 cup
  3. Sugar 3 to 4 spoon
  4. Salt 1 pinch
  5. Ghee 2 spoon
  6. 2 chopped ripe mango
  7. Milk 750 ml
  8. Milkmaid 5 tbsp
  9. Sugar half tbsp
  10. Some chopped fruits
  11. Cardmom pwdr half tsp
  12. Few saffron strands

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a nonstick karahi add water in it,then add ghee, salt & sugar
  2. & give a boil,when the water is get start boiled add rice flour slowly &mix continuously
  3. Cook till rice flour mixture getting a thick dough consistency ,
  4. Cool down the mixture for a while
  5. In another pan boil the milk till half quantity then add cardmom pwdr, sugar & milkmaid &mix it,
  6. In other side when the rice flour mixture is getting cool take some mixture,
  7. Stuffed a cube size mango pcs & close ,make a tennis ball size,
  8. Make all the stuffed mango rice ball like this,
  9. In a pan boil some water & add all the stuffed rice ball in it,
  10. Noil for 3 to 4 mins,then take out all the rice balls,
  11. Now add the cooked rice ball in the milk mixture & cook for 4 to 5 mins,
  12. After 4 to 5 mins switch off the flame add saffron and chopped dry fruits
  13. And serve cool ...
