ABOUT baked mango yogurt RECIPE

B’aked mango yogurt or our Aam doi in a baked form, very delicious to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup hung curd
  2. 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp mango purée
  3. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  4. 1/2 cup fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Mix half cup each of hung curd, mango purée ,condensed milk and fresh cream in a bowl.
  2. Whisk it well to get a homogeneous consistency.
  3. Pour the mix in glasses and place them in a water bath.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180degree Celsius for 20-25 mins till the top is firm.
  5. Cool it at room temperature and then pour one tablespoon of mango purée on top of each.
  6. Refrigerate and serve cold.
