Steam cook the vegetables carrot and potato,beans for 5 -10 min over medium flame and keep aside.
Cook the moong dal and keep aside. Grind the items ( Ginger, Cumin seeds, green chilly ) and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves then add onion and saute for 2 min.
Add ginger, green chilly paste and keep saute to 1 min.
Add cooked veg,salt mix well and cook for 2-3 min.
Add cooked moong dal, 2nd extracted coconut milk, turmeric powder and cook for 2 min .
Switch off the flame and add first extracted coconut milk.
