It is a very tasty and crunchy kofta curry. Tastes different from other type of koftas. You can eat it with chapati or with rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4
For koftas:
Raddish 3 grated
Raddish leaves 4 tablespoon chopped
Chickpea flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 3 tablespoon
Salt 1 tablespoon
Carrom seeds 1 teaspoon
Kasoori methi 1 teaspoon
Green chilli 1 chopped
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
For gravy:
Onion 1 chopped
Ginger 2 tablespoon chopped
Garlic 2 tablespoon chopped
Tomato 2 large chopped
Cloves 2
Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
Green caradamom 2
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cashew paste 2 tablespoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Kasoori methi 1 teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
Add salt to grated raddish and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes squeeze the raddish and mix all other ingredients and make a dough.
Now heat oil and make koftas from this mixture.
Fry these in hot oil on medium high flame.
Fry it from both sides.
Remove it from oil.
Now start making curry heat oil in a wok. Add cumin, green caradamom,and cloves. make a puree of onion, ginger and garlic. Add it to oil.
Saute it till it starts leaving oil. Make puree of tomatoes. Add to wok and saute till oil seprates from it.
When oil seprates add salt, red chili powder ,. Coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix well. Add cashew paste and saute for 2 minutes.
Add 3 cups water and mix well.
Cook for 10 mintues on low flame. After 10 minutes add garam masala, kasoori methi and coriander leaves. Add koftas to it and serve hot with chapati or parantha.
