Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10-12 idlis
  2. 1/2 tsp haldi
  3. 1/2 tsp rai
  4. 3 onions thinly chopped
  5. oil for cooking
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Cut each idli into quarters.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add rai.
  4. As the seeds crackle, add onions, haldi and salt.
  5. Saute for a while and when the onions become tender, add the idli pieces and red chilli powder.
  6. Mix well and serve hot.
