Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sprouted chickpeas : 1 cup
  2. Salt
  3. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  4. Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
  5. Onion : 1
  6. Tomato : 1
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Fennel seeds : 1/2 tsp
  10. Oul : 2 tsp
  11. Cinnamon
  12. Ginger garlic paste : 3/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the chickpeas for 5 min and keep aside
  2. Grind 1/4th Chick peas and keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon, fennel seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion and saute it
  4. Add tomato, ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 min
  5. Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala and saute it
  6. Add required water and grounded chickpeas and mix well
  7. Add remaining chickpeas and cook for 3 min
  8. Add coriander leaves
