Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soya Chunks - 2 cup
  2. Salt - To Taste
  3. Cooking Oil - 3 Tbsp
  4. Olive Oil - 1 Tsp
  5. Peri Peri Masala - 1 Tsp
  6. Basil Powder - 1 Tsp
  7. Parsley Powder - 1 Tsp
  8. Tandoori Masala - 1 Tsp
  9. Coriander (Chopped) - Few

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a vessel. Add Soya chunks to it. Add salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Strain the hot water and put them in tap water. Squeeze out the excess hot water from the chunks.
  3. Strain again and squeeze out the remaining water. Transfer in a bowl and keep aside.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a non stick pan and add soya chunks.
  5. Saute for 12-14 minutes on medium flame. Keep on pressing them in between to make them more crispy.
  6. Add salt keeping in mind that it has been added while boiling too.
  7. Mix well and keep on tossing.
  8. On a low flame, add parsley, basil powder, tandoori masala, peri peri masala and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Add coriander and cook for 1 minute.
  10. Add olive oil and toss everything well. This will help in binding all spices together and stick it to the chunks.
  11. Serve on sticks and enjoy.

Is there anything substitute for tandoori masala, peri peri masala and parsely powder?
