Today i bring for all if you a delicious recipe of sweet potato tikki in which i add rice peas and other spices.it is a very very delicious recipe.i present this in my way.

Ingredients Serving: 3
1 cup boiled sweet potato
1/2 cup cooked or leftover rice
1/4 cup boiled peas
1/4 cup mashed paneer
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 chopped green chilli
Coriander powder salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala
Oil for frying
For slurry---
2 tbsp flour
Water as required
1 cupp rice sevaiyan
2 tbsp mash paneer
Salt and pepper as per taste
Oil for frying
Green chutney for serving
Instructions
Take a bowl and add sweet potato and rice
Add peas ,ginger garlic paste
And green chilli
Then add all ingredents
And mash all of them and mix
Make like a dough
If required add some bread crumb
Now devide mix in 3 parts
And make ball then flatten it
Press in center for giving shape of nest
Make a slurry by adding flour and water
Finely whisk it
Take devariya in a plate
Roll nest in slurry
And then roll in sevaiyan
Coat finely
Keep in freeze for 20 min.
Till then take mash paneer
Add salt and pepper
Make small eggs shape of it
At the time of serving fry nests and paneer eggs
Pour some green chutney in center of nest and add coriander leaves
Put eggs upon it
