Makhana are super healthy and good especially for kids and women.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw makhanas 250 gms
  2. Desi ghee 50 gms
  3. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a wok and add ghee in it.
  2. Once the ghee turns a little warm, add in the makhanas. Sprinkle salt as per your taste.
  3. Roast the makhanas till it turns a little brown.
  4. Serve it warm for best taste.

Makhanas can also be roasted in microwave oven. put them in a microwave safe bowl add a little ghee & then microwave.
