ABOUT Egg fry RECIPE

A spicy egg fry that is a perfect side dish for your lunch and dinner.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 boiled eggs
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Ginger chopped 1/2 inch
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. Ajwain pinch
  6. few curry leaves
  7. RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
  8. turmeric powder a pinch
  9. Suji 1 tbsp
  10. Red chilli paste 1tbsp
  11. Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Vinegar 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. First make the paste with red chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, vinegar, soji, salt,and ginger-garlic paste
  2. Next apply this paste on a half sliced boiled egg.
  3. Heat a pan, add oil then add ajwain, green chillies, chopped ginger, curry leaves and fry it for 1 min.
  4. In this oil, shallow fry the eggs till they turn golden brown in colour.
  5. Your spicy egg fry is ready!
